DID YOU JUST PLACE AN ORDER? WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We process and prepare orders for shipment within 1-2 business days . Please note that we do not work or process orders over weekends or holidays.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Domestic and international shipments:
- We use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL for local and international shipping.
- For international shipments, the distribution center will process your order with the corresponding supplier.
Average transit times in Germany:
- Express shipping: 9 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 6 to 14 business days.

Note: If the product you ordered is not available in the North American distribution center, we will be able to ship it from our centers in Europe or Asia. External factors such as customs, pandemics or extreme weather conditions may affect delivery times. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time.
HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Note: Since some products come from different distribution centers around the world, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placing it. Please write to us at info@mirglama .com to request cancellation.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?
If you made a mistake when entering your address, please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email. You can correct the information within 12 hours of placing your order.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Despite our strict quality controls, it is possible that a package may arrive damaged during transport. This happens in less than 1% of cases, but we sincerely regret any inconvenience.
Please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- A photo or video of the product and its packaging showing the damage.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and process your claim with USPS, FedEx or UPS.
